Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. The tours leave promptly at it's designated start time. Late arrivals and no shows will not be rescheduled or refunded so please plan accordingly. All Ticket Sales are final and refunds are only given if Tara Haunted Tours management decides due to inclement weather only. If a tour is cancelled you will be notified at the contact number you provided at the time of your booking.
